JS31 Model Presses

Single point h frame eccentric gear press is suitable for metal parts cutting, punching, drawing and blanking. The gear press has long stroke length with high energy. It is widely used for car rim, pressure cooker and steel bottle production. This eccentric gear single point press has capacity range from 125ton to 2000ton. Big press structure is tie rod type, while small size press can be mono blork.

Strong H frame structure of single point eccentic gear press

Smaller presses such as 160ton. 250ton, 315ton and 400ton presses bodies are mono block type casting irons.

Bigger presses bodies are tie rod type steel welded type. Dry type clutch is on the top and slide moves along the 8 faces quides in the middle of the frame
